Having endured a nuclear winter, humanity is no longer the master of this world. Driven by the need to make a living and safeguard his family, Ren Xiaosu leaves the town where he has always lived and ventures into the Border Mountains. Along the way, he faces attacks from wolf packs, man‑faced insects, and mutant creatures, all while his newfound abilities begin to unfold. Can Ren Xiaosu survive the dangers that lie ahead?
