1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time with no extra fees or penalties. Upon cancellation, your VIP benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual), after which your account will revert to free status without auto-renewal.

To cancel, simply navigate to your Account Page or contact support via email with your username.

2. 7-Day Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our VIP streaming service. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using VIP features or experience accidental charges, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

• Eligible Refund Scenarios: Technical failures in VIP activation, accidental double charges, or service dissatisfaction within the first 7 days.
• Non-Eligible Scenarios: Refund requests submitted after 7 days from purchase, or accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email our support team including the following details:

• Your registered username on AnimeWixi.
• Your Paddle Order/Transaction ID received via email.
• Brief reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing Duration

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.) and typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
